Graduate of University of Michigan School of Physical Therapy – 1985. Experienced in a variety of settings with focus on general orthopedics, sports injuries, neurology (peripheral neuropathy), women’s health (pre/ post partum), TMJ and oncology support care. She is a certified lymphedema therapist, experienced in treating primary / secondary lymphedema and chronic venous insufficiency. Jacquie is an avid hiker, mountain biker, tennis player and participates regularly in a variety of exercise classes and yoga allowing her to incorporate personal experiences to all levels of athletes. Jacquie employs traditional and state of the art modalities including LASER, ReBuilder and taping techniques. Jan Menegio earned a BS in Natural Science from Loyola Marymount University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University, where she graduated with honors. The majority of her post graduate experience is in orthopedics treating a variety of sports related injuries in novice to professional athletes. She had earned her Certified Fitness and Nutrition Specialist certification in 2011. She has also trained internationally in the United Kingdom in Pilates for rehabilitation of dancers and skiers. Jan resides in south Orange County with her husband and 2 young children. |

Anna earned her BS in Biology with honors from UCI and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from CSULB. She is skilled in multiple different settings including outpatient/sports rehab and acute rehab. She believes in treating the whole body entirely and places high value in patient education, posture/body mechanics, and personalized care with individually crafted treatment for every patient. She is an avid learner, devoted to help her patients achieve their highest level of function. |
